Return and Refund Policy

FunctionLife360 accepts returns within 30 days of delivery for both defective and non-defective products.

For non-defective returns, items must be new, unused, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, labels, and tags included. Change-of-mind returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide photos or videos when applicable. We will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund. Defective or damaged returns are not subject to a restocking fee.
